This policy describes data handling in the Trilha Mexicana Club app, online club and this website.

Account and matches
We store an account identifier, nickname, avatar, country when provided, sessions, preferences and club progress. If you link Google or Apple, we receive a verified provider identity to authenticate and recover your account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
The server processes online match actions and dominoes to enforce the rules, restore play and determine results. Other participants receive only the view permitted by the game. Your nickname, avatar, provided country, ranking and results may appear in the club. Friends, invitations, blocks and reports are used to provide those features and review conduct.
Preferences, hand arrangements and offline games are saved on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove this local content.
Ads and purchases
When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process your IP address, device information, permitted advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic data. Use depends on applicable privacy choices and permissions. The app provides ad privacy options in settings.
To confirm a reward, AdMob receives an internal user and attempt identifier and sends a signed confirmation to the server. Rewards are credited only after verification. We do not send your domino hand to confirm ads.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. RevenueCat and our server verify purchase identifiers and account benefits to grant and restore the product. Our server does not receive your card number. These providers may process data in other countries under their policies.
Metrics, notifications and security
With your analytics permission, we record app opening, tutorial, ad and purchase-flow opening events, with the app platform and version. You can withdraw this permission in settings. Aggregate operational counts of matches, queues and connections maintain the service and do not depend on this optional consent.
Remote notifications, when enabled and permitted, use a device token and your reminder preferences. You can disable them in the app or operating system. Notification delivery passes through Expo and Apple or Google services.
The published service uses HTTPS, revocable sessions and access controls. Authorized operators may review operational data and reports for support and security. These information pages do not install advertising cookies; account deletion uses a temporary security cookie when authenticating.
Retention, deletion and your choices
While your account is active, we retain data needed for the club and its history. Full hands and replay records for completed matches have a 90-day operational retention period. Deletion ends sessions and immediately removes your public nickname, country, preferences, optional analytics and notification tokens. Other linked operational records are purged after the 90-day period by hourly maintenance, for security and reconciliation.
Collective results needed for other players’ history and aggregate statistics may remain without the deleted account’s nickname. Deleting the game account does not delete your Google or Apple account or records the stores retain under their own policies.
In the app, use Settings to delete your account or open the secure deletion link. The external page also allows recovery of an already linked account when its Google or Apple login is enabled. To request information, correction or other privacy assistance, use the contact published below.
